Dynamic Logic, a top market research firm based in New York, is hiring in its London office.

As the Senior Research Manager / Research Manager (experience dependent) you will:

  • Run research projects from start to finish; assisting in proposals, implementing and overseeing project set up & design, monitor field, production of presentation deck, analysis, manage client liaison (from research perspective), present and deliver effectively the findings to end-clients and agency people
  • Manage project executive/assistant on your projects and help them develop and learn the process

We are leading a revolution in measuring ad and branding impact and ad effectiveness in the digital world, whilst also developing cross-media solutions that monitor the impact of both offline (TV, poster, press, radio etc) and offline (web advertising and new formats such as mobile).

We are growing massively and quickly as more advertisers look to a solution that looks to measure the impact of brand advertising on both online and offline platforms

Entrepreneurial spirit, humor and work ethic are as important as solid knowledge of statistics, methodological acumen, and an ability to tell a story with data. The position requires data analysis and writing presentations but it is not a solely data-desk job; there are ample opportunities to get out to meet and present with clients. Ideal candidate will have held a similar research position in quantitative market research, advertising testing, and brand measurement within an agency or a research provider. Some travel to US and European continent but not more than twice a quarter. Passionate about advertising and the internet are a must.

Requirements:

  • Manage multiple projects from start to finish
  • Advise clients on how to improve marketing strategy through application of findings gained through research
  • Take a proactive role in the research team and in keeping abreast of all issues affecting our business (digital advertising developments, advertising, branding and media planning)
  • Solid computer skills in Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook and the Internet.
  • Experience with statistical analysis tools a plus (SAS, SPSS, etc).
  • Strong project and management skills.
  • Excellent writing, analysis and presentation skills.
  • Ability to present results from complex analysis in a format that is easy for non-statisticians to understand and act on.
